How it works

For organization users

  1. Start a conversation with the AI Assistant
  2. If the AI identifies a question beyond its scope, it suggests escalation
  3. Alternatively, submit an Expert Request directly from the platform
  4. A specialist reviews your question and organization context
  5. You receive a response via in-platform chat
  6. Mark the request as resolved when satisfied

What to include

  • Clear question — What specifically do you need help with?
  • Context — Which framework, finding, or policy area is involved?
  • Urgency — Is this for an upcoming audit or immediate incident?

Who handles requests

Satark's specialist team reviews and responds to expert requests. Requests are triaged and assigned based on the question domain — policy, risk, compliance, or security.
